Fructooligosaccharide
Fructooligosaccharide is a carbohydrate that can be extracted from fruits or vegetables. It has a prebiotic effect meaning after it is consumed it stimulates the growth of probiotics. This ingredient is used as a nutrient source for the probiotic Bacillus Coagulans found in our Regul8 probiotic formula.
Maltodextrin
Maltodextrin is a carbohydrate produced from starch. It is easier to digest then some other carbohydrates because it is made from natural starches. It serves as a source of energy within the body and allows for easier digestion of Sprinks Regul8 Probiotic.
Calcium Carbonate
Calcium Carbonate is added to help hold the tablets together. Calcium carbonate is also a common ingredient in over-the-counter antacids.
Stearic Acid
Stearic acid is a fat that is used to help hold the tablets together.
Magnesium Stearate
Magnesium Stearate helps maintain viscosity of the mixture and helps hold the tablets together.
